Storage environment

Dry and ventilated

Store the cables in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding moisture and corrosive gases, and preventing rusting and corrosion of the outer and internal metal parts of the cables. If the storage environment has high humidity, desiccants can be used to absorb moisture.

Suitable temperature

The ambient temperature for storing cables should be maintained within a suitable range, generally between -20 ℃ and 60 ℃. Avoid exposing cables to high temperature environments, such as direct sunlight or near heat sources, to prevent the cable sheath from aging, hardening, and becoming brittle; Do not excessively bend cables in low temperature environments to avoid damage to the internal structure.

Avoid squeezing

Do not place heavy objects on the cable to avoid deformation or damage to the internal structure. It is best to hang the cable on a bracket or place it in a dedicated storage box to maintain the shape and integrity of the cable.

Regular maintenance

Appearance inspection

Regularly inspect the appearance of the cable, check for any signs of damage, cracks, or aging on the outer skin, and check for loose, deformed, corroded connectors. If minor damage is found, timely measures should be taken to repair or replace it; For areas with potential risks, temporary protection such as insulation tape can be used.
